　　一、工作原理

　　1、 Working principle

　　整個除塵焦粉輸送系統由氣源、變送器、輸送管道、防堵除渣管道、廢氣處置控制閥組、PLC控制系統等組成。

　　氣力輸送系統工藝流程：

　　（1） 進料階段：當氣力輸送系統進料閥門口翻開時，輸送過程中的物料落入泵體。當物料的泵內接觸料位計探頭時，料位計發出滿信號，進料閥自動關閉，完成進料過程。

　　(1) Feeding stage: When the inlet valve of the pneumatic conveying system is opened, the material during the conveying process falls into the pump body. When the material pump contacts the level gauge probe, the level gauge sends a full signal, and the feeding valve automatically closes, completing the feeding process.

　　（2）加壓階段：當氣力輸送系統進氣閥翻開時，緊縮的氣體從泵體底部的氣化室進入，經過氣化室擴散，壓力逐步升高。

　　(2) Pressure stage: When the intake valve of the pneumatic conveying system is opened, the compressed gas enters from the gasification chamber at the bottom of the pump body and diffuses through the gasification chamber, gradually increasing the pressure.

　　（3）輸送的階段：當氣力輸送系統泵體內壓力到達一定值時，輸送系統的排出閥自動開啟。在泵內壓力的作用下，氣化爐上部物料快速流入輸送管停止輸送。在這個過程中，氣化爐上的物料在活動時總是處于保送狀態。

　　(3) Transportation stage: When the pressure inside the pneumatic conveying system pump reaches a certain value, the discharge valve of the conveying system automatically opens. Under the pressure inside the pump, the upper material of the gasifier quickly flows into the conveying pipe and stops conveying. During this process, the materials on the gasifier are always in a guaranteed state during operation.

　　（4）吹掃階段:當物料在管道中輸送時，當泵內壓力降至管道阻力時，控制系統供應一定時間的空氣，用緊縮空氣對管道停止清洗，然后每隔一定時間關閉進、出口閥門，完成保送過程，進入下一個循環。

　　(4) Blowing stage: When the material is transported in the pipeline and the pressure inside the pump drops to the pipeline resistance, the control system supplies air for a certain period of time, stops cleaning the pipeline with compressed air, and then closes the inlet and outlet valves at regular intervals to complete the delivery process and enter the next cycle.

　　（1） 如果氣力輸送系統中有管道梗塞，應先疏浚筒倉泵。管道疏浚后，按下就地控制箱上的管道梗塞消弭按鈕（報警復位），使氣力輸送系統正常運轉。本設備配有防堵安裝，需求直接手動操作
